Michael Westaway 
President

As a partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Michael is the Club’s legal expert and is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Club. He has extensive experience in property law, regularly handling complex transactions in excess of $100M.

Michael has also acted as a Board member of Melbourne Montessori School in Caulfield and Brighton East for 3 years. Michael currently has 3 children playing for Glen Eira.

 

Craig Churchill 
Vice President

As the Technical Lead for Genius Sports (SportingPulse International), Craig informs the club on the latest technology trends relevant to grassroots sport. As well as having worked with National Sports Organisations in designing and development digital solutions for both elite and community sports organisation, Craig is also a highly experienced and qualified coach who’s passionate about player development and developing a life-long love of the game for junior players.

 

Professor Brett Williams 
Secretary

Professor Williams is currently the Head of Paramedics at Monash University. He has worked at Monash University since 2004, and previously as an Intensive Care Paramedic for 15 years.

He has close to 40 years involvement in football including coaching and playing professionally in the English First Division and Premier League in the early 1990s. He has four children all proudly playing football; two of which are playing at Glen Eira.

 

Mark Tovey
Treasurer

Mark is a Technologist for the ANZ Bank. As an innovator & CPA he has streamlined finance & procurement functions for many large companies. He brings this lens to the club Treasurer role to optimise process and improve financial visibility for the committee to ensure long-term viability of the club for our community.

On the field, Mark enjoys both coaching the kids and playing for the Seniors. With three children of his own, Mark sees much value in fostering our community values of fun, family & football.

 

Jocelyn Dussuyer
Assistant Secretary

Jocelyn leads Brand & Communications at ISPT, an unlisted property trust investing on behalf of the industry superannuation funds. She has more than 20 years of marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement experience.

Jocelyn’s two sons have played for the Club since 2013 and she has held volunteer roles with their teams and is currently an Age Group Coordinator.

 

Brad Vandewert
Match & Facilities Manager

Brad brings 20 years of coaching experience and has an unsurpassed knowledge of the game.   Brad informs the committee on football matters.

 

 

Hans van de Graaff 
Committee Member

Hans is a highly experienced senior manager with over 25 years experience in running and leading non-government organisations who is passionate about working in agencies that seek to make a positive difference to the life of our community.

Skills and attributes include highly developed leadership abilities, excellent relationship-building, strategic planning, and change management skills. Possesses a creative and entrepreneurial outlook together with sound financial management skills as well as significant experience in organisational development and corporate governance.

 

Mike Golby
Committee Member

Over the past 20+ years Mike has held management roles covering direct and distributor sales channels for multinational organisations in the graphic arts industry.

Mike’s family has been part of Glen Eira FC for four seasons. During that time Mike has been the MiniRoos Girls Coordinator and a Miniroos Girls coach.

 

 

Fiona Douglas
Committee Member

Fiona is the Marketing and Community Engagement Officer at Presentation College Windsor and brings 25 years marketing experience to the club gained in the retail, education and health sectors. She brings a passion for building strong communities through communication and engagement.

Fiona has been involved at the club since 2013 as an age co-ordinator and has one son playing.

 

Greg McNally
Committee Member

Greg is Managing Director of Corengal Consulting, a specialist sport and leisure planning consultancy. Greg has a long history with community based sports and has worked with a large number of local, state and federal governments on developing strategies to improve sports and leisure outcomes for communities. Previous roles include General Manager at the State Netball Hockey Centre, State Facilities Consultant with Sport and Recreation Victoria and National Practice Manager with Coffey Commercial Advisory.
