Cleaning Requirements

Timeframe:  Once per week, on any weekday (Monday-Friday) up to 4pm:

Timeframe: Once per week, on any Monday-Friday from 2pm to 5pm:

-- clean the 4 x toilets and shower rooms (one bathroom in each changeroom plus the old mens and new ladies toilets in the social room).  Wipe clean toilets, Mop floors, Empty bins, Wipe clean sinks and mirrors. 

-- Restock toilet paper. Each toilet should have 1 roll on-the-go and one spare roll within reach.

-- For the 2 changerooms:  remove rubbish, empty bins and sweep 

-- For the carpeted social room: remove rubbish, empty bins and vacuum 

-- For the referee room. Sweep floor. Empty bin. Restock toilet paper.

-- Remove grass and mud from the outside wall of the building. Remove grass & mud from the concrete area in front of the building.

Supplies and mop/bucket are stored in the Referee Room.

-- Find the combination keysafe mounted about halfway along the clubhouse wall, just to the right of the big window. 

-- Open the keysafe using code <ask Stew>.   

    If it won't open, you might need press down the reset button which is the lower of the 2 middle buttons. 

-- Single swipe to unlock the doors. Solid red light will go off.

-- The inside lights for the carpeted main room are on regular light switches near the doors.

-- The inside lights for the changerooms & bathrooms are on motion sensors & timers.

-- When leaving, lock all doors by swiping 3 times.   Red light goes solid.  

-- Return the swipe card back the keysafe immediately after use.  You have to re-enter the code to close the keysafe.
