Car Parking
- Car parking can be very limited due the number of matches played.
- Add a 5 minute buffer to your journey to allow for car parking difficulty.
- If parking on the street, please respect our neighbours and don't hang over anyone's driveway.
- Don't park over any ambulance gates.

First to Arrive
The first person to arrive the ground, needs to open the roller door on the big soccer storeroom please.
To open Big Soccer Storeroom
The big soccer storeroom is the top of the big concrete ramp at the primary school end (western end) of the Lord Reserve pavilion.
Get the swipe card from the keysafe using the code provided. The keysafe is located to the right of the roller door.
If it won't open, press down the RESET button first (the lower of the 2 middle buttons).
The swipe reader is on the right of the roller door, just below the keysafe.
Single swipe on the card reader. Red light should go off and the roller door should start opening up. Don't swipe multiple times, it will get confused and you'll have lots of trouble.
Put the swipe card back in the keysafe and lock it.
You have to re-enter the code to close the keysafe.
IMPORTANT Don't bend the swipe card. Or force the door shut. Keysafe door has to be loose. Tip: Put the top of the card in first, all the way to the back.
Last to Leave
The last person to leave the ground, needs to close the roller door on the big soccer storeroom please.
To close Big Soccer Storeroom
The big soccer storeroom is at the top of the big concrete ramp at the primary school end (western end) of the Lord Reserve pavilion.
Get the swipe card from the keysafe using the code provided. The keysafe is located to the right of the roller door.
If it won't open, press down the RESET button first (the lower of the 2 middle buttons).
The swipe reader is on the right of the roller door, just below the keysafe.
Triple swipe on the card reader. About 1 second between each swipe. The roller door should start coming down. If it doesn't, check if anything is blocking the light beam about 1m above the floor.
Don't keep swiping, it will get confused and then you'll have even more trouble.
The red light will come on.
Put the swipe card back in the keysafe and lock it.
You have to re-enter the code to close the keysafe.

Ground Lights
To switch Ground Lights On
On training nights the lights should come on automatically at 5:15pm.
To switch on the ground lights manually if need be.
Get the swipe card from the keysafe using the code provided. The keysafe is located just to the right of the roller door of the big soccer storeroom. If it won't open, press down the RESET button first (the lower of the 2 middle buttons).

- Lord 1 ground lights: On the far left of the wall which faces the cricket nets (ie. SE corner of building).
- Lord 2 & 3: On the far right of the wall which faces the primary school (ie. SW corner of building)
Single swipe on the appropriate swipe reader. Swipe once only - the red light on the reader goes off and the lights slowly start waking up.
IMPORTANT Don't keep swiping madly thinking nothing is happening. They get easily confused and won't come on.
Put the swipe card back in the keysafe and lock it.
You have to re-enter the code to close the keysafe.

To switch Ground Lights Off
On training nights the lights should go off automatically at:

8pm on Mondays and Fridays.

9:20pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
To switch the lights off manually, it's the same as above for switching them on, but instead of a single swipe and the red goes off, it's a slow triple swipe and red light should come on.
