Majestri for Coordinators

How Majestri Works

Events 

  • Events have coordinators assigned to them.
  • Players 'register' for an event (this has nothing to do with registration on PlayFootball)
  • The main Majestri event is called 'Season 2022'.
  • EOIs are a type of Event.
  • Tournaments are also Events. 


Teams
  • Events contain teams.
  • Teams contain players and team officials.
  • Teams have matches and training sessions.

What to do with Incomplete Registrations (no cost)

If you see any Incomplete No cost Registrations in the Dashboard. For example EOI or Trials registrations.

  1. Click on View to show the Registration page for that family. 
  2. The Registration page should have Incomplete in an orange box at the top.
  3. If the Reg. date is today, then do nothing as they may be in the middle of submitting it. 
  4. If there is no player added yet, then click 'Delete this Registration'
  5. If there is a Player added, then check the details and if all looks well, then go through the final screens for them: Click 'Continue this Registration' > 'Next' > 'Finalise and View Confirmation'

What to do with Incomplete Registrations (with fees payable)

If you see any Incomplete Registrations where fees are payable, for example, Season 2022 or a Tournament

  1. Click on View to show the Registration page for that family. 
  2. The Registration page should have Incomplete in an orange box at the top.
  3. Click on Send an Invite to Complete on the right.
  4. The email composer box appears. The default words are fine. You can also customise them if you like. For example...

-- Player Details are missing, or
-- the Summary screen wasn't Confirmed using the green button.
