How to load Player Availability

  1. Login to Majestri.   (if you don't how, see  How to Login to Majestri)
  2. Go to My Details.
  3. Scroll down to Upcoming
  4. Find the match, click on the Change RSVP button.
  5. Update your availability to Attending / Tentative / Not Attending,     If you're Not Attending then please say why in the Note.

Updating who gets Notified.

Sometimes both parents, or even a third party like grandma, like to receive the notification emails for the players.   To alter who gets email notifications for the players in a family:

  1. Login to Majestri.   (if you don't how, see  How to Login to Majestri)
  2. Go to My Details.
  3. Scroll down to Season 2022 (or whatever year it is)
  4. See 'Communications are sent to'
  5. Add the emergency contact's email. Or anyone else's.
  6. Click 'Update Preferences'
