Marlborough Street Reserve

Access the carpark via Dromana Ave, Bentleigh East.

No Studded Boots in Pre-Season

To preserve the grass as far as possible into Winter, studded boot aren't permitted on any Glen Eira Council grounds during the pre-season period (Jan - Mar)

Turf Boots (or Runners) only

Please ask players to wear turf boots like these (which provide more grip than runners).

Open Up

1. Upon arrival, find the combination keysafe on the left of the roller door.
2. Open the keysafe using code provided.
   If it won't open, press down the reset button (the lower of the 2 middle buttons).
3. Unlock the main door to the pavilion. 
   The inside light switch is on the left you enter.
4. Open the rear storeroom. 
   The light switch is on the far wall near the external door.
5. IMPORTANT: Immediately put the keys back in the keysafe! Don't walk around with them. Don't put them down anywhere. 
   You need to re-enter the code to get the keysafe door closed.

• 6 x Corner flags
• 2 x Goal Nets (incl. hammers and pegs)
• Step Ladder
• Stretcher (put near halfway flag)
• Player Benches 
• Spectator Chairs
• White cones to mark out the technical areas (coach boxes)

• Please make sure someone (usually the Ground Marshal) is keeping track of the match balls.
• If any balls are kicked away, they have to send someone to get them back. 
• Please let me know me if any match balls are lost.

• Look in the back storeroom

Bring Equipment In

• match balls
• corner flags
• player benches
• goal nets and anchor pegs
• step ladders
• spectator chairs

Tidy Up

• Put rubbish in bins.
• Quick sweep of the changeroom.
• Quickly sweep any mud from boot bashing out from under the awning.

1. Get the keys from the keysafe using code provided.
   If it won't open, press down the reset button (the lower of the 2 middle buttons).
2. Lock the back storeroom door.
   Switch off the light in the back storeroom
3. Switch off other lights
   • toilet lights.
   • kitchen lights.
   • main room lights.
4. Lock the main door to the pavilion.
   Switch off the ground lights off if they're on. Don't rely on the timer.
5. Put the keys back in the keysafe.
   You have to re-enter the code to close the keysafe.
