Club Membership Fees
Glen Eira FC aims to provide a great club environment whilst minimising the cost of participation.
To both maintain and enhance where required the services for our Members, whilst being extremely conscious of the increasing cost of living pressures, for 2026, Glen Eira FC have increased the membership fees by 3% vs. 2025, slightly below the annual cpi increases.
We feel this is an appropriate measure in ensuring we continue to provide a great club environment for everyone's enjoyment.

Play Football Fees
The Play Football Fee is in addition to the Club Fee.
NOTE: The Total Player Fee (Club Fee + Play Football Fee) is shown in Membership Fees.
The Play Football fee is paid directly to Football Australia at the time of registering in the Play Football system.
Participant Injury Insurance
This important cover ensures all registered participants have access to critical benefits in the event of a football-related accident or injury.
Football Australia Player Fee
The Football Australia National Registration Fee (NRF) covers:
- National Administration: Funding the operations of Football Australia, a not-for-profit organization.
- National Team Preparation: Supporting the national teams (like the Socceroos & Matildas and other senior and junior teams) for tournaments.
- Funding for Programs: Revenue from the NRF helps to fund programs that grow the game across Australia.
Football Victoria Player Fee
The FV player registration/team entry fee covers all aspects of football administration; including
fixturing
- Competition rules/policies
- Referee scheduling, education and accreditation
- Player dispensation requests
- Discipline procedures (including the GDT)
- Council liaison
- Club support services.
Sibling Discount
20% Sibling Discount
To assist families with more than 1 child playing for the club, a 20% discount is applied to the Club Membership Fees of the second and subsequent children from the same family in teams up to and including U18.
Excludes First Child, Senior Men, Senior Women, U21 Youth, Girls and Boys NPL.
Uniforms
The club membership fee doesn’t include a uniform. Players are required to buy their own jerseys, shorts and socks in the club colours.Refund Policy

No Pay, No Play
Before they are eligible to take the field, all players must be fully paid up or be on an approved payment plan.

Get Active Kids Vouchers
Up to $200 per child.
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, uniforms and equipment. Eligible families may be able to receive up to $200 per child.
Eligibility
To be eligible, kids need to be:
- aged up to 18yo
- a Victorian resident
- named on a valid Commonwealth Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
- named on a valid Medicare Card at the time of application.
The program also provides a special consideration stream to support temporary or provisional visa holders, undocumented migrants and international students aged 0 - 18 years at the time of application.
How to Apply
Apply for a voucher code from the Vic Gov't. Information about how to apply is available from www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/apply-for-vouchers/
The Club's Activity Provider code is 2931292.

If you're eligible and you already paid your child’s membership fees to the Club, then you may be able to apply to be reimbursed for up to $200. Don't apply for a voucher. Visit GetActiveKids and click on Get Reimbursed instead.
Validity periods apply -- you can be reimbursed for expenses only when open on GetActiveKids site.
How to Redeem
When paying your Glen Eira FC membership fees, click on the Redeem Vouchers button at the checkout to get a reduction of up to $200 off your fees.
Team Sports 4 All

Team Sports 4 All assists families who are going through financial and/or social hardship and identified as a family who would benefit from being involved in community team sport. Families are referred via community services organisations and schools. We pay for their registration fees and uniform costs but more importantly offer ongoing support via our volunteer sports mentors to encourage long term involvement in sport.

Glen Eira FC offers reduced membership fees to families experiencing financial hardship who otherwise could not afford for their children to participate
Send a short email to President@GlenEiraFC.com.au explaining your situation and that you would like to be considered for Membership Fee Relief. The level of reduction for financial hardship requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to receiving adequate information to demonstrate genuine financial hardship. Please include relevant information concerning your current circumstances so that we are able to make a proper assessment of your application.
PRIVACY NOTE Information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and seen only by the President, Treasurer and General Manager in order to determine an appropriate amount of fee relief to offer.
How to Claim
To claim your Fee Relief once it has been approved.
- Find your Offer email and click Accept
- Register the player.
— Load the Primary and Emergency contact details first.
— Then click Add Player or Register Player
- Don't pay. Get right up to the Checkout page but don't enter your card number. If you click on the page, at the bottom part it should show the Full Season Fee as an Amount Payable / Amount Owing.
- Ask the Club to apply the approved Fee Relief for <Player Name>. email info@GlenEiraFC.com.au or text 0419322122.
Eligibility will be checked and the approved amount will be applied to your account as a credit. This credit will reduce the Amount Payable by the amount of your Fee Relief. A updated statement of your account will then be sent via email. That statement will have a button to pay the reduced amount, after which you will be fully paid-up.
